The campaign aims to educate the public about the challenges crime victims and survivors face, highlight available resources, and promote understanding and empathy through accessible, engaging content. Whether you’re seeking information, sharing the message, or participating in the conversation, this campaign offers multiple ways to get involved and make a difference.

Training Webinar

Training Webinar

This is a training webinar for Healing Justice’s Post Conviction Resource Center (PCRC). In this webinar, staff from Healing Justice and the National Center for Victims of Crime walk through each component of the PCRC and highlight ways victim advocates, attorneys, and other service providers can help victims and survivors use the PCRC as their cases move into the post-conviction phase of the legal system.

PSAs

A Survivor's Story

This PSA gives a background of Healing Justice’s founder, Jennifer Thompson’s story involving a wrongful conviction. Post-conviction, she had a need for resources that didn’t exist at the time. The Post-Conviction Survivor Resource Center provides key information she could have used such as state-specific information, emotional health resources, and access to victim advocate support.

Post-Conviction Case Activity

This PSA explains how the legal process does not end for victims and survivors, even after a conviction. The Post-Conviction Survivor Resource Center is here to help through practical resources and access to live support with a trained victim assistance specialist.
